What currency will I be charged in?
All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
Our free shipping will apply to orders over $79.99 before tax. This covers standard shipping within the province of Ontario. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay. If shipping costs apply, they are indicated on the checkout page.
Why was my order unsuccessful?
There may have been an issue with item availability and/or your chosen method of payment. Please email email@example.com for all questions regarding unsuccessful orders.
Can I add additional items to my submitted order?
Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items. You may submit a new order for additional items and contact Customer Care to consolidate your order if it is received prior to the shipment notice of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Before your order has been shipped, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. if you wish to cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to Shipping & Returns for details of how to return it.
What is the return policy?
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We recognize that while shopping online you might not be able to pick the correct size and hence we'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us
Do you take everything back?
We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we might not be able to accommodate a return.
Do you return or exchange Sale merchandise?
All sale items are final Sale unless arranged otherwise.
Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?
You can raise an exchange or return request within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. We will issue a store credit or exchange.
Items will be refunded once we receive the merchandise. All original tags must be attached. No exchange/credit on previously worn or altered merchandise. All special occasion dresses are final sale. For reasons of hygiene and personal safety of our clients, earrings, underwear and swimwear may not be returned.
How to raise a return or exchange request?
Follow these instructions if you would like to make an online return or exchange:
Email us at email@example.com with the following information: your contact information, order number, items being returned/exchanged, and indicate size or item you would like to exchange for.
A return authorization number will be provided for you to return the item/items along with the return address. Items to be returned/exchanged must be placed in a secure package. You can use the same box that was used to deliver the items. Include a copy of the return authorization number. (Please note that being issued an RA number does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. Items are still subjected to inspection)
Return shipping is at the expense of the sender. The shipping must be insured and tracking information must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We understand that they are could be cases of delay or lost in transit and we would try and work with you the best way we can to resolve the situation
Exchange or store credit is strictly permitted within 10 days from the date you receive your order.
Once the items have been received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify that we have received your item. You will then be granted a store credit code to be used online. If you want to do an exchange, we will provide you the tracking information for the updated package.
In the event your return is denied for any reason, we will return the merchandise back to the purchaser at their expense.
What if I am not sure about the fit or details of an item?
We want to make you as comfortable as possible with your selection. If you require additional images that are not model shots, we are happy to take a picture of details or flat lays that might help to make your decision easier. Ask as many questions as you like as we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. Email us at email@example.com and you will hear back from us within 24-48 business hours.
Where is my order?
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can use this number to track the delivery status. Weekends, holidays, sale and peak business periods may have longer than usual processing times. Delivery times can also vary due to COVID-19 impact.

My order was refunded, when will I see this credit?
Financial institutions or credit card companies may require 3-5 additional business days before the funds are returned to your account. Please contact either your bank or credit card provider for any refund issues.
