What currency will I be charged in?

All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars.

Do I qualify for free shipping?
Our free shipping will apply to orders over $200before tax. This covers standard shipping within Canada. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay. If shipping costs apply, they are indicated on the checkout page. 

Why was my order unsuccessful?
There may have been an issue with item availability and/or your chosen method of payment. Please email for all questions regarding unsuccessful orders.

Can I add additional items to my submitted order?
Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items. You may submit a new order for additional items and contact Customer Care to consolidate your order if it is received prior to the shipment notice of your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Before your order has been shipped, simply contact us at if you wish to cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to Shipping & Returns for details of how to return it.

What is the return policy?

Want will issue a FULL REFUND on all regular priced items under the following criteria:

  • We receive your return in our store on Avenue Road no later than 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to your shipping address.

Please note – Want is not responsible for any delays, missing items or damages to items during return shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping related costs

  • Ship to Return Address: Want Btq. 1788 Avenue Road, North York, Ontario, M5M3Z1
  • Return is packaged with care and securely sealed.
  • We receive returned items in excellent, unworn condition, without damage, fragrance or alteration with original tags ** Note – all returns are subject to validation and approval by Want Inc. ( “Want Boutique”) and that Want Boutique reserves the right/sole discretion to limit or refuse a return.
  • Your name is clearly stated on the return and order number if possible.
  • For orders that were picked up at our store (not shipped), the 14 day return countdown starts two days after you receive a notification email from WANT that your order is ready to be picked up. Therefore, if you take several days to pick up the item, it will eat into your 14 days of being able to return.


Once we receive & inspect your return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method and you will be notified via email. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Do you take everything back?
We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we might not be able to accommodate a return.

Do you return or exchange Sale merchandise?

All sale items are final Sale unless arranged otherwise.



What if I am not sure about the fit or details of an item?

We want to make you as comfortable as possible with your selection. If you require additional images that are not model shots, we are happy to take a picture of details or flat lays that might help to make your decision easier. Where is my order?
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can use this number to track the delivery status. Weekends, holidays, sale and peak business periods may have longer than usual processing times. Delivery times can also vary due to COVID-19 impact.

My order was refunded, when will I see this credit?
Financial institutions or credit card companies may require 3-5 additional business days before the funds are returned to your account. Please contact either your bank or credit card provider for any refund issues.
