WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love what you’ve bought and feel great wearing it, we have that in common. Here’s the scoop on our return policy and process:

 

Policy:

  • Regular priced merchandise are open for exchange, refund or store credit within 7 days of the date of purchase
  • All Special Occasion wear is to be considered final sale and will always be specified and noted at point of purchase
  • Merchandise that is on sale (or otherwise discounted due to a promotion) is always final sale and will always be specified and noted at the point of purchase

 

Process:

  • Merchandise must be in its original condition, with all tags (Want tags and any other additional tags) attached
  • The original purchase receipt must accompany the merchandise when returned
  • Refunds for merchandise will be credited using the same method of payment
  • Any costs associated with shipping will not be refunded
  • Exchanges and refunds may be made in person at any of our store locations.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?

The balance remaining on your Want Gift Card can be verified at any store location.

 

 

I CAN’T FIND MY GIFT CARD, WHAT CAN I DO?

Gift Cards are like cash. We cannot replace cards that are lost, stolen or used without your consent.
